What is the first difference between British English and American English mentionned in the video?

It's the : British English tend to put the stress on the syllable whereas American English put the stress on the syllable.

 

Words ending in - are pronounced /aɪl/ by the British whereas the Americans pronounce it /əl/.

 

For Letter A, the   pronounce it with a closed /ɒ/ whereas the pronounce it with an open /ɑ/.

 

For letter R, the   pronounce it in a stronger way.

 

For words finishing with -, the pronounce it /aɪzeɪʃən/ whereas the pronounce it /ɪzeɪʃən/.

 

For Letter T, in the middle of a word, the pronounce it  /t/ whereas the pronounce it like a very fast /d/.
