King Charles III

I was born on the 14th of  November, 1948 in Buckingham Palace. 

My parents are Princess Elizabeth and Prince Philip.

My grandfather is King George VI. He dies when I am 3 years old, and my mother becomes Queen Elizabeth II.

I go to very famous schools but I'm not always very happy there: I am sad because my parents aren't with me.

At the age of 21, I become Prince of Wales on the 1^st of July 1969. My mother puts the crown on my head.

I join the Air Force and the Navy from 1971 to 1976 but I don't like being a soldier very much.

I marry Princess Diana in July 1981 and we have 2 sons together: William in 1982 and Harry 2 years later.

But we don't love each other very much and we separate in 1992.

We are divorced in August 1996. One year later, Diana dies in a terrible car crash in Paris.

Many English people hate me after Diana's death because they love her very much: they call her the Queen of hearts.

In 2005, Queen Elizabeth says I can marry the woman I love: Camilla Parker-Bowles. In fact, she is the love of my life!

I'm a very active member of the Royal family. I'm training to become a King one day.

I have official engagements, investitures or state visits every day where I represent the Queen. 

My mother dies on 8 September 2022, and I immediately become King at the age of 73.

My coronation ceremony will be on May 6th 2023.
